There were so many 'plusses' associated with this project it is hard to list them all. 

• Group work - the students worked so well in small groups to achieve the goal.

• Motivation in writing - the students motivation in writing improved considerably. They were required to work through planning, writing and editing prior to producing their final product. Wanting to move to the final product, and realising they could not do this without completing the writing task to a high standard they put in a fantastic effort to complete their writing.

• New technology use  - The students were highly motivated to use new forms of technology. As well as using Flip Cameras the students also use voice recording programs, digital cameras, Macs, Garage Band and other programs. The students enjoyed using these new forms of technology however realised that they all were just different forms of technology that when used together gave them a fantastic final result.
